libcache-ref-perl software package provides Perl module for caching references in memory, you can install in your Ubuntu 12.04 LTS (Precise Pangolin) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libcache-ref-perl
libcache-ref-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libcache-ref-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libcache-ref-perl *
You will get with libcache-ref-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
